BUS MINISTRY

In 1966, Pastor Ronald Schmuck began driving a Sunday School bus, picking up anyone who needed a ride to church. The route quickly filled, growing from one bus to two, and then three!

Today, we have eight buses that travel throughout York County every Sunday morning, bringing boys, girls, men, and women to Red Lion Bible Church. Behind this ministry are dozens of faithful Christians who generously give their time and energy each week because they want to see people reached with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Over the years, thousands of riders have heard the Gospel and trusted Jesus Christ as their Savior. Many have gone on to become faithful members of the church, and some have even entered full-time Christian ministry.

Would you or your children like a ride to church? Our bus ministry is completely free! Children under 3 years old must be accompanied by an adult. We offer Sunday School classes for all ages, including our Faithway Class for individuals with intellectual disabilities.

YOUTH GROUP

Each Wednesday evening during our prayer meeting, September through May, the young people of Red Lion Bible Church are divided into age-appropriate groups. Each group enjoys Bible teaching, singing, activities, and fellowship designed to help children and teens grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

BEGINNERS FOR JESUS - Ages 5 through 2nd Grade, Room 101

Our youngest group is learning the foundations of the Christian faith in a fun and engaging environment. Each week, the children sing songs, memorize Bible verses, participate in activities, and learn important truths from God's Word. The program is specifically designed for this age group, helping give each child a strong spiritual foundation as they begin their journey of faith.

CRUSADERS - 3rd through 6th Grade, Room 103

Crusaders is a place where kids can have fun, make friends, and discover what God's Word says about living for Jesus Christ. Each week includes exciting songs, activities, and Bible lessons that provide practical truths kids can apply to their everyday lives. One of the goals of Crusaders is to reach children for Christ while giving them opportunities to grow in their faith and serve the Lord.

Crusaders also gives children the opportunity to earn points throughout the year toward attending Christian camp. RLBC believes so strongly in the value of a Christ-centered camp experience that the church is willing to pay approximately 80% or more of the camp fee for children who earn the required number of points throughout the year. Children receive a handbook that helps them keep track of ways they can earn points throughout the year. Points can be earned for activities such as:

• Bringing and Reading their Bible

• Memorizing Scripture

• Praying

• Completing activities throughout the week

Each Wednesday, our workers help the children record their accomplishments and encourage them in their walk with Christ.

 TEENS FOR CHRIST - 7th through 12th grade, Gymnasium

Teens, you’re invited! Come hang out, have some fun, make great memories, and most importantly, grow in your walk with Christ. Youth Group is a place to laugh, connect with friends, ask questions, and enjoy time together while learning how God's Word applies your life. Whether you're a regular or a first-time visitor, we'd love to have you join us!
